The human resources section is one of the most important departments in medical institutions because it collects all the information about the staff in the facility such as personal data, job data, social situation of employees, scientific level, educational credentials, professional experience and everything related to the employee.
In addition, you can have all the employee data by simply typing their names or the IDs in the searching field.
It consists of:
- Data entry of new employees: here you can insert the data for new employees such as name, date of birth, telephone number, passport data, and identity card data etc... , in the functional data we enter the functional data such as (doctor, administrator, pharmacist, lab technician ...) and the details of the employee’s contracts. Moreover, one can attach the files concerning his scientific certificates and identity papers.
- Working hours: the working time of employees in the health institution can be calculated by entering the number of the working hours legalized by the organization, we also insert the legitimate and non-legitimate absences for the employees and the hours delay and overtime as well.
- Vacations: Through this interface, we calculate the staff or the doctors vacation, whereas the vacations obtained by the employee are automatically reduced and displaying the remaining, moreover, we clarify the vacation type either daily or hourly and the reason to get, and it must specify the number of vacation days allowed for each employee.
- The research center: the system contains a search engine that eases the user’s job because it obtains a multi searching procedures add to that screens for all salaries department.
- Premiums: Premiums will be grant to the employees by identifying the premium type and from this screen we pay the premiums according to the specific month.
- Discounts: Sometimes discounts are signed to some of the workers in the health institution whereas by just identify the employees and the specified month, the system calculates his/her discount.
- Advances: This screen allows the payment of advances to employees and tracking the payment structure so that it can determine the mode of payment of the advance from the employee's salary or outsourcing.
- Salaries: through this screen we can pay the salary of health institution employees , where it counts the remaining salary after calculating absences, advances, discounts, bonuses and overtime of the employees plus providing a report to the employee that illustrates all the details.
The system provides a set of reports available for each employee.
