How do i send a message through an email?

E-mail in Shafi system is particularly important, as it is used in continuous communication inside and outside of working hours for employees in the hospital, and in particular to leave notes or alerts, can also be used in the dissemination of a message to all the hospital staff, whether that belonged to an administrative order or any scientific lecture or other, and the use of e-mail can be summarized in the following:
1. administratively through the management of the hospital in a correspondence letter that belong to employee in particular directly to his/her account in the system.
2. In the case of (if the administration of hospital or department management wanted to circulate a message about some subject).
3. in private messaging between the hospital staff or the clinic.

E-mail:
Shafi system dedicated an internal email to correspond between the owners of various accounts, the e-mail allows to send and receive mail from one account to another, through the follows:
1. To see the inbox, select option (Inbox) so it appears to you the correspondences in detail in terms of the sender, subject and part of the message as well as the time and date of sending, and by just clicking on it the content of the messaging appears in full.
2. To see the outgoing mail you select the option (Sent) to show you the correspondence sent from you.
3. To see incoming and outgoing together select the option (Both).
4. In the event that you want to display the mail based on a specific period of time only select the appropriate date and it will display the correspondence directly.
5. The system allows sending mail to all employees in the system by choosing (To All).
6. Buttons:
Send is used to send a new message.
New used for unloading the content of the Subject box and text to write a new message.
Delete is used to clear an existing message.
Close used to close the window
