The development of the new version of the Shafi system added a lot of important Features to the system of outpatient clinics OPD Out Patient Department, including:
1. dealing with each doctor automatically according to the department that runs it.
2. Once logged in and open a daily window of outpatient doctor, the system displays to the doctor the recorded appointments and the doctor’s patients.
3. The doctor can follow the patient in detailed way through the various visits and track the evolution of the situation accurately.
4. The system provides details for each appointment individually and – Collectively – patients appointments.
5. The system gives the employee of booking the access to see commitments with patients in terms of timing so that the receptionist can choose the best suitable date.
6. The system Allows registry of follow-up cases that does not entail any financial obligations
7. The System has a full and accurate communication with all other parts of the system of medical tests and CT imaging and others.
8. The doctor of outpatient clinics can use more than one way to enter the diagnostic cases, which include writing (keyboard or electronic pen or the international code for classification of diseasesICD-10).

Receive patients and do procedures Immediately:
 Work Immediately on the medical condition of the patient is as following:
1. Within the (Waiting Patients) Patients whom their appointments were booked to them by the receptionist and did not enter to the doctor yet.
2. Once the patient enter to the doctor, the doctor choose the name of the patient by clicking on it or look it up in terms of the patient name or number.
3. The doctor clicking on the button (IN OPD) to enter the patient so the system record that the patient had actually entered to the doctor.
4. The patient moves from (Waiting Patient) box to (List Patient) box. Indication on the patients who actually entered to the doctor.
5. By clicking on the patient's name in the list (List Patient) the next can be performed on any patient: 
The window is also provides information to the doctor of outpatient clinics about the number of cases transferred to him/her from the reception, the number of treated cases, the number of cases that have not yet been treated, the receptionist who is working now, the pharmacy employee who is working now, in addition, the personal information of the patient.

Request of medical tests:
Here the doctor can request tests from the lab by selecting the patient first, and pressing the button (Lab) so it appears to you the window of tests, you can add tests to the patient through the following:

1. Writing the test code directly, such as CBC so it’s added to the list and so on.
2. Pressing on the button (Add) so it appears to you a window that is dedicated to the all entire tests in the system, select the group and from it choose the tests you want to request for the patient, knowing that the tests is organized according to a standard rolling in most international tests centers.
3. You can delete any test you do not want to do by choosing the test and  pressing the button (DEL).
4. After you have done selecting the tests press the button so the tests requests reach the lab directly.
5. After the laboratory conduct the tests and re-send the results, it can be seen directly through the medical history of the patient (Patient History) button.
From here, you can choose the appropriate tests of the patient by selecting the group first and choose the test and press the button (Add) or a button in the case of a desire to do not send the tests to the laboratory.

X-ray images and CT images:
 System allows you to request a various types of radiology from image -Ray ST Scan MRI ECG  by selecting the button (ADD) and select the group so choose the appropriate tests as shown in the picture below.

 After the laboratory conduct the tests, and re-send it, it can be seen directly through the medical history of the patient (Patient History)button.


Diagnosis with medical devices:
Echafi system allocated in the current update the possibility of inserting diagnosis using medical devices such as ultrasound and others, and to make the diagnosis follow the next:

1. After selection of the patient and press the button (Devices), select the type of the required device.
2. Writingthe appropriatediagnosis in the column allocated to it and its (Doctor Note).
3. You can display the previous diagnoses through the option (in this Visit Last Devices).
4. You can add more than one device per visit.
5. After you finish press the button (Save).

Diagnosis and treatment:
- the doctor can write a new diagnosis for the patient through the choice of the patient first and pressing the button(Diagnoses),so the window of writing diagnosis appears, and here diagnosis is available in three ways, as follows…

- The use of the international code of diseases or what is known as (ICD10), through the selection of the disease directly in the assigned column, and can use the quick search by typing the first letter of the name of the patient, and if the choosing of Diagnosis is done press on the button (Add) and you can also press on button (Del)If you want to delete the diagnosis with the need to point out that after the end of the visit you cannot edit or delete the data.
- You can use the electronic pen to write directly in the text box that is assigned to export the text of the electronic pen to the system.

- you can directly write on the paper prescription of the patient and the system will export the written text to an image, and the doctor do review to bring the picture, and stored it in the database, in this case is we retain the doctor handwriting as a text because of what has been done is a only scan. With the need to point out that after pressing the button (Save)you cannot delete or edit the diagnosis, but you can only add on it. In addition, the available number of diagnoses per visit for the reception are only 3, or the equivalent of three pages.

- You can see what you have typed in a magnifying way by double-clicking on the image and it will open automatically in Photo Viewer...
