Here this window displays the bills that have been modified or retrieved, where the user goes to the window of daily Treasury and press on any bill and return to the window of editing movements so the data of the bill appears from the number and name of the user who issued their value and the date of issuance and the timing of its issued and the type (cash or delayed ), it also illustrates if this bill was modified or retrieved or did not.

And to print the movement of the editing on the bill press the button Save > Print.

- The movement of Treasury deportation:

The advantage of this window is closing the shift of the employee and start preparing to the shift of another employee as they contain two main parts, namely:

1. The movement of Treasury deportation: here the user is provided with displays of the list of deportations for only one user or all users, it displays the number of the conversion process that had been Conducted, the date of deportation, the name of user of the Treasury, the amount before the deportation, the residual value, the deported value, the name of the treasury, and You can record any other observations.

You can also print the movement of searching for the operations of deportations, through pressing on the button printing the Search Results.

2. You can also print the editing on the deportation movement through pressing on the button printing the editing movement.


To make the deportation process in the deportation data press on the button Save to number of the deportation process will appears from the system automatically and shows the user name for the that Treasury and record any notes the user wants, while in the Treasury data shows treasury name, Treasury value of which the user worked at in his /her shift, so the user types the deported amount from the Treasury and the remaining amount will appears automatically if the user wants to keep the amount of that or to deported all and press on the button deportation, it also can do editing and press the button save edit, it also can print by pressing the button print .
