If you are working on a specific window and you experience the problem of not doing well or out stop working or it send a signal to alert something, it is mostly one of the following reasons:

• the window is sending you an alert message and you do not save the data and did not enter one of the main data to be entered, so you should review the red stars within the window.
• While you are working you click on the center of what is known as data grid, always avoid clicking on its lines.
• The doctor sent you a medical condition and it  does not appear to you, review the history of your system, because the working of the system depends on the date and time.
• surprised by the interruption of the window without any clear reason, see the number of windows or programs you are working on at the same time.
• I am trying to display a medical report and it does not appears to me, see the system administrator to install the Alcrystal program to reboot it to you.
• I am trying to print a report and the page appears incomplete on the right or left, modify the paper type to A4.
• I am trying to open the system and it does not respond to me, first make sure of the password, if it did not work make sure your computer is well connected to the network.
