The new upgrade of Echafi system for the management of clinical

Given that our company performs updates to its software continuously, our team issue a new version of Echafi system for management clinical 1.20.0 to become 1.20.1.

This version contains many of the features and additions to the various sections (models) system and this time we have focused our efforts on the medical part to facilitate the work of doctors in clinics as well as for administrative and accounting departments and follow-up of financial movements.

 

Reception:

  • A free control to patients for a week or a period determined by the clinic.
  • Separation of the treasury reception interface for appointments and services for the screen of insurance companies to avoid entering conflicts.
  • Define the permission of each employee enabling him to perform its work on a cash or refund, including the issuance of bills on credits given to patients who are not affiliated to insurance companies.
  • Separation of reports and financial transactions, which was shown at the reception and confined only in financial reporting.

 Department of emergency:

  • Adding the insurance companies to the emergency department so that the patient can declare his insurance company without going to the reception.
  • For the medical analysis related to the emergency department, the new version allows to take patient samples and enter its data and support the barcode.
  • View the results of tests carried out by the laboratory of medical tests with the ability of changing results (within the same number of visit).
  • The possibility to delete the demand of medical analysis and that before sending the request to the laboratory and before taking the sample.
  • Display of medical tests prices and the number of test that will be carried to the patient, and the prices displayed are normal prices and not the prices of insurance companies.
  • To add other services provided to the patient as (cleaning wounds, fractures,...)for inclusion in the patient’s bill.
  • To add the medicine distribution service where the drugs are chosen for the patient and then be sent to the pharmacy to be distributed. 

 Outpatient department:

  • To add the possibility of amendment to the medical history of the patient and this property will be among the doctor’s authorisation and he can only change the medical history of patients associated with him.
  • To add the property of the treatment plan as check up, analysis and medicine during the period prescribed by the doctor to the patient.
  • To add the possibility to see the services provided to the patient in his patient history.
  • To view the free deadlines set by the doctor to the patient depending on his work schedule and he has the possibility to adjust it.

Laboratory service:

  • To display the medical tests prices for patients.
  • The possibility to delete analyzes that have been reserved for the patient but it must be removed before the issuance of the invoice and sample taking.
  • To print the result of medical tests with more than display manner.
  • To print the test results on paper of the clinic.
  • To print the laboratory receipt in case of payment on credit on the A5 paper.

Pharmacy department:

  • To add the property of sale with the smallest unit of medication (pill, injection,...) and the system automatically determines the price, as well as the system displays the original quantities sized cans and quantities as the smallest unit.
  • To print the medicines bill on the A4 paper for patients who want to get an invoice paper.
  • To extract the daily sales reports according to each day and the employee’s workshedule.  

Department of human resources:

  • To add the property of taxes on salaries for employees so that can be continuous or no-continuous with the possibility to reduce it from the salary or net salary.
  • To add the property of the salary bonus payment for employees and it can be continuous or no-continuous.
  • To print the salaries payment form for any month.
  • To issue the portfolio salaries with the possibility to generate it to a particular bank with the number of form or the exchange number.
  • To add the different types of vacation (religious, national,...), added to that national holidays are automatically determined and religious holidays are not reduced from the employee leave balance.
  • To link the human resources department with the footprint device and works as follows:
  1. Classify employees according to their work schedule.
  2. Identification of working days according to groups of employees so that work can be all the days of the week, specific dates of work per week or month, or even specific working hours.
  3. Enter the data of work schedules for employees by groups that belong to it.
  4. Enter the data of footprint device as its type, communication method, IP...
  5. Add more search criteria for employee sets such as the name, the device...
  6. Add the permission to delete employee groups.
  7. Bring data from device memory to track employee data during a specific period.

General accounting departments:

  • Search the daily restrictions of various levels of accounting manual.
  • To print the professor guide T with options like the serial number or the restriction number.
  • To print the audit balance with options like with levels of accounting manual or without levels or print it with the zero value and without levels.
  • To print the audit balance within a specified period of time.
  • Some properties have been added to the data base SQL and our company issue a new version of the user guide to facilitate the system work steps.

And the main interface system was changed so that contains icons for entering to other screens and reports frequently used.

Wait for the next version (1.20.2) where you still find novelties such as:

  • A TSD Doctor application that supports systems (Android / Tablet / Windows phone) that allows to doctors to track his appointments and visits and that relate to his patients online.
  • A TSD Patient application that supports the system (Android / Tablet / Windows phone) that allows to the patient to follow his appointment consultation, analyzes, medical tests, drugs ...) online.
  • TSD H Cloud service that allows to the medical institution to link its medical systems with different customers.

The company will also integrate the different notes and proposals for its loyal customers on the various models and system parts.
