The doctor can give an order to conduct a surgery for the patient and it all follows through:

1. identify the patient first.
2. Choose the name of the surgical procedure.
3. Determine the appropriate time according to the doctor, knowing that this time is just for booking only.
4. Pressing on the (Save) button.
5. Will find the name of the operation and the rest of the details in the waiting list, and after surgical operation the doctor can write his/her report with the return to the department of surgical operations at the accommodate department, and for more information about the surgical operations.

Book surgery to the patients:
EShafi system provided accurate coin mechanism that enables the doctor to describe the surgery to the patients in the accommodation department or ambulance and emergency, or any of the outpatient clinics, and for booking surgery follow the next steps:

1. Select the patient who would like to book a Surgery by clicking on it or search for a name and then click on it.
2. Select the name of surgery by reviewing operations or search initialed it.
3. Select the time you want to do the operation and the date also.
4. To save the data on press the (save) button.
5. The system will automatically review the surgeries that you are booked during the date you set, in (date).
Surgeries report:
After completion of the surgery the doctor must write his/her own report To complete this process, follow the next steps:
1. Select list (Loading) and from it Select (operation).
2. Select the patient who you operate the surgery to either by searching for the patient by the name or number.
3. Select the nurses who participated with you then the Anesthesiologists and the assistant doctor.
4. The process began with the writing of a report using both electronic pen and exporting text as text directly or save the report as an archived image with your handwriting in the system.
5. Click on (save Data) button to save the data.



 All surgical operations that appears in the Summary section as it looks in the picture above, is also available with search features by several factors including the search on behalf of the patient’s name or the surgery name or number of the patient, in addition to the audit of results through history.
