This interface involves four sections:
The search procedure: it is done thanks to many connotations that are:
By the date (from_ to), by service, by doctor, by region, by nationality, by sex, by name of the operation, and by the newborn state.
- General statistics: it consists of more than one interface, namely:
• General statistics: it includes: the number of patients enrolled in the system / number of patients in hospital ward/ Number of outpatient / number of surgical operations / number of medical analysis in all services / the number of donors of blood / the number of newborns / deaths / number of out / number of radio exams in all services / transfer cases / number of patient in dialysis service /and number of dialysis sessions.
- Visits Display: this is a list of the names of patients who visited the hospital with the patient number, the name in Arabic and English, sex, and date of birth.
- The maternity ward Statistics: It includes the number of new births, number of delivery operations, number of natural births, number of male newborns, number of female newborns, and number of beds.
- Transferred patients Display: it shows the patient number, its name in Arabic and English, the date of transfer, and the hospital transferred from.
- The hospital ward Statistics: it includes the number of patients, number of admissions, number of output, number of transferred cases, and number of operations ...
- Surgery Display: it shows the patient's name and date of operation / doctor / section / and operation name.
- Outpatients Statistics: It includes the number of outpatient, appointments, the number of medical analysis, number of radio exams and number of transferred patients.
- Hospitalized patients Display: here it appears the patient number, its name in Arabic and English, sex, date of birth, and which department the patient stays at , and at the end of interface, we find the number of registered patients.

- Graphical comparison between the number of deaths and births.

Export data: this interface allows to export any type of file to different formats depending on the choices shown in the drop down menu especially Excel and word format and these files are:
- Patient records: patient records that is stored in the hospital system can be exported to any format especially word and Excel.
- Outpatient visits Records: outpatient records can be exported to any format especially word and Excel.
- Hospital records: patient records that is stored in hospitalization services can be exported to any format especially word and Excel.
- Data staff: personnel data records can be exported to any format especially word and Exel.

- Pharmacy’s Financial input. / analysis laboratory /and radiology laboratory.
- Graphical comparison between warehouse orders and pharmacy orders.
- The number of doctors at the hospital: this interface shows doctors at the hospital as a whole and their distribution by service, the same is dedicated to show the staff at the hospital as a whole and their distribution by service, according to what I choose doctors or staff.
- Financial input from outpatientservice: Depending on the choice of button whether income outpatient or income inpatient service, this interface exposes the income generated during outpatient visits and income generated by the hospital service.
