Doctors ratios considered as an important services in a Shafi system for the management of medical institutions as it represents the importance for the doctors, especially in the private institutions.



Services and operations:
here it displays services or operations that the doctor will be working on at the health institution which offers to the patients and that doctor will take a ratio from them, where in this window the feature of Quick Search is available so you can search for the doctor by identifying the box of (medical class) and can search for the doctor, either by name or number registered in the system.

As well as when you add new operations to the doctor, follow the same previous steps.

After that determine the services or operations that will appear to the doctor after that, you can also edit these services by clicking on the button update also you can remain this service to the doctor, but the doctor does not work on it so it determined by pressing the button select and then press a button update where the active services for the doctors appear in green while non-active services are appear in red, and you can delete any of these services by clicking on the button delete, and you if want to print the list of services or operations to the doctor press the button print.

- Dates:
Here are selected ratios of the doctors from patients appointment to any of patient visits to the clinic, where the name of the Doctors is determined and the clinic the doctors works at and the value of this appointment after that  count the ratios of the doctor either it was the value of the price of the appointment or the ratios of that value, which is determined by the option is percentage in terms of ratios and then press on the button add you can also edit the entered data by pressing the button update.

- Hardware:
Here select the doctors ratios from existing Hardware  at the clinics in which they work on where you select the name of the clinic that the doctor works at, and then choose the doctor’s name and then choose the name of the hardware and give it a price, and in the end determine the value of the doctor, either as a value or as a ratios and click on the button add.

 

- Dates of the Clinics:
This window is working on displaying the doctors working dates in the outpatient clinics, where it views the days of the week and times of work during the morning or evening, and through it we can know the date of any doctor Only by determine the name of the clinic, and then the name of the doctor by the search feature that’s available in it.
You can also add a new doctor dates by selecting the doctors working days and the times and then click on the button save, and when you want to print these dates press the button print.
