First :window of patient registration (Register new patient)
During this window the entry of new patients into the system is done by register their personal data through the columns in the window.
First column is patient ID, the system automatically enter the number, and the following three columns that’s marked with red its entry is compulsory and must be adhered to important points in the entry of this information..
1 the name should be full.
2 Do not make a space in the writing of the name, for example, when you write the name (Mohammad Masood harakaat) do not you write it with spaces Mahm d Msa oo d ha ra kaat.
The entry of the rest of the columns is not compulsory, and it is as follows:
1. National Number national id.
2. Gender.
3. Date of Birth.
4. Social status (martial state)
5. E-mail - We note that the e-mail option is important because it’s possible to send test results and analysis of the patient through the email.
6. Title (address).
7. Country.
8. Job.
9. Mobile phone (mobile).
10. Family number (family's on).
11. ID card (personal card)
12- City zip codes (zip codes).
13. Job address.
Through this screen you can also enter the picture of the patient's (patient image) by clicking on the (insert picture) icon.
If you want to update the data you can press the (refresh) icon or pressing the f5 key on the keyboard.
To save the data listed by click on (Add) or 2f key on the keyboard.
Second: The second window the patient file (Patient files).
Through this window you can access to all patients’ files who have been registered in the system, the existence of two options to search for a patient’s file, the first option is search by name (search by name), and the second option is search by patient ID (patient id).
Then press the patient's name in the patient list (patient list) will appear to you on the right of the screen in the window of the personal information (personal information) showing all of the information that has been inserted into the patient's file begins with number of the patient (patient id) and this number cannot be changed, edited or deleted, then the rest of the personal information of the patient as it is shown in the first main window, and you can modify the information that has already been entered in the patient's file through this window personal information then click on the icon update (update) or f3 key on the keyboard.
And Under this window there’s Information on insurance, health insurance data (INSURANCE information) and in this window there’s Insurance category CLASS - insurance percentage POURCENT - maximum Insurance LIMIT - the company insured by COMBANY.
Third: The third window is about appointments (APPOINTMENT).
The first step in the management of patients appointments with doctors are patient selection through two options to search for a patient file, the first option search by name (search by name), the second option search by patient ID (Patient ID).
The second step is to choose the doctor you want to check out, from the window (DOCTOR APPOTMENTS). Then you can determine the date from the right of the window from (APPOTMENT ADD) select the history and time from the icon, and to save the appointment click on the icon (ADD) or 2f key on the keyboard. You can also see the doctor schedules by clicking on the Notepad icon (CALANDER) or F7 key on the keyboard.
Fourth: hints of use:
1. You can directly work on the keyboard using keyboard shortcuts without the need to deal with the mouse to speed the work.
2. This part is specially designed for the management of patient data and does not include the financial part.
3. It is important to ensure the entry of patients names in both Arabic and English language, date of birth according to the formula 12/12/2011 year / month / day, and read from right to left, and this is very important in the operations of the analysis in the blood bank.
4. Registering as much information as possible helps doctors and provides accurate statistics in statuses of research and official statistics.
The system supports a fully Arabic language, and it provides an Arabic hints for each entry column or part by just approximation the mouse to it.
