Before the mother arrives to the stage of preparing the report of birth operation, she must first get into the department and therefore book a room and a bed for her, and automatically mother's name appears in the Department of surgical Operations and can search for her by the Connotation of her name or her number, after selecting the name directly start filling in the birth form as it is shown in below.

To directly fill in the newborn Form follow the next steps:

1. Choose the mother's name first.
2. Fill in data of the born from the name, weight, length and then determine the sex and health status of the born, and press the button (Add).
3. Select the name of the doctor that is in charge of the birth and the names of the nurses.
4. Select the nature of birth, whether it was natural or through the surgery.
5. Add report about the operation or childbirth in the assigned column and its.. (Doctor Note).
6. After making sure that you filled all the data, press the button (save).

 This window allows you to see the ended birth operations, and the sort of the results is by a given date.
Filling of the birth certificate:
After completion of filling the operation data for the newborn, the system will automatically provide this data in order to take advantage of them in the preparation of the birth certificate of a the child to be used in the civil records, birth certificate is prepared through the following steps:

1. Follow the next path Loading >> Doctor Room >> Certification >> Delivery.
2. Select the mother's name by directly clicking on it or searching for her by the Connotation of the name or the number.
3. Choose the baby’s name by clicking on it, and its data will appear automatically.
4. Fill in the medical form as shown in the picture above.
5. After you confirm the accuracy of all the data and reviewing them Select the button (Save) to save the data and issue the certificate.
6. To deliver the certificate to the baby’s family, they have to go to the reception and search by the Connotation of the mother's name, and the reception can print the certificate, knowing that the reception does not have the right to modify them.
