During the doctors tour in the department, the doctor's orders are registered by the doctor itself or by an Consultant Associate, and these orders is directly included in the system, each patient separately, orders appear in two forms at the nursing, either in the form of a text written by the doctor, or in the form of an image by a doctor's handwriting fully as it is, and to deal with the two forms follow the next steps:

1. Select the patient first.
2. To deal with the orders in the form of an image Double-click on the picture box in the group (E-Pen) with a note that once you touch them it show you the history of the timing of the note.
3. To deal with the orders in the form of text, read what is contained within the fund under orders (Text Order) option, noting that the system will also include the date, time and the number of visit automatically to distinguish between the different orders.
Nursing room:
a Window of Nursing room is opened through the menu Loading >> Nurse Room >> Nurse Service and then choose the patient first and then choose the tab you want to work on.
glucose Paper - measuring changes of glucose in the body:
 the Nurse can register the measure of the glucose with the patient in the accommodation department, by entering the measurements in its place, then click on the (Save) button with a note that the system prevents the entry of the same results at the same time and date. And to register the measure of the glucose follow the next steps:

1. Select the patient first.
2. Select the date and time with the knowledge that the system takes this data directly from the computer.
3. Enter the results in the provision by the scientific definition of its positions shown in the picture above.
4. Press the (Save) button.
 Heat Paper - temperature measuring:
the nurse Can register the measure of the temperature of the patient in the accommodation department, by entering the measurements in its place, then click on the (Save) button with a note that the system prevents the entry of the same results at the same time and date. And to register the measure of the temperature follow the next steps:

1. Select the patient first.
2. Select the date and time with the knowledge that the system takes this data directly from the computer.
3. Enter the results in the provision by the scientific definition of its positions shown in the picture above.
4. Press the (Save) button.
5. The system automatically draw a temperature chart.
Pressure Paper - blood pressure measurement:
the nurse Can register the measure of blood pressure of the patient in the accommodation department, by entering the measurements in its place, then click on the (Save) button with a note that the system prevents the entry of the same results at the same time and date. And to register the measure of the blood pressure follow the next steps:


1. Select the patient first.
2. Select the date and time with the knowledge that the system takes this data directly from the computer.
3. Enter the results in the provision by the scientific definition of its positions shown in the picture above.
4. Press the (Save) button.
5. The system automatically draw a blood pressure measurement as shown in the picture above.
Fluid balance Paper - the balance of fluids:
the nurse Can register the measure of the fluid in the human body of the patient in the accommodation department, by entering the measurements in its place, then click on the (Save) button with a note that the system prevents the entry of the same results at the same time and date. And to register the measure of the fluid in the human body follow the next steps:


1. Select the patient first.
2. Select the date and time with the knowledge that the system takes this data directly from the computer.
3. Enter the results in the provision by the scientific definition of its positions shown in the picture above.
4. Press the (Save) button.
Nursing Notes:
 the Nurse can register various observations of the patient in the accommodation department, by typing notes in its place and then click on the (Save) button with a note, follow the next steps:


1. Select the patient first.
2. Write the comments in the column that’s allocated to them.
3. Click the (Save) button.
Adding hotel services or other services to the patient:
the System is designed to allow great flexibility, here the nurse can add any other services to the patient, whether that was a hotel or medical services that’s not included previously, by following the next:



1. Select the patient first.
2. Select the command (Add).
3. Select the service that you want to add to the patient.
4. Click on the (OK) button.
5. After you finish press the (Cancel) button.
6. After you have finished adding all the services choose the button (Save).
