List of insurance:

 The first screen in the insurance screens appears the names of all insured companies at the clinic. To add a new company press on the button Add it will appear next screen, and to put information on paper you can print it by clicking the button Print.

What is done In this screen is writing complete information about the company to be added and it includes:
1. Company name. 2. Phone. 3. Fax. 4. E-mail.
5. Address. 6. Date of insurance (from - to) with the need for attention to the difference in dates.
Note: For column: Code is changed automatically when you add the company.

This screen appears the types of insurance, where the types is added by clicking on the button: Add to list class, and to delete any type of press button: Delete from list class and then to identify the type to be deleted press the button Delete.
- Option: Limit to determine the ceiling of the specific amount of the insurance.
- Option: Percent to determine a certain percentage of insurance.
- Option: Both are determined by the using of two options, the ceiling and the percentage of insurance.

The next screen includes the forbidden products which are not covered by insurance. And to add a new product press the button Add to list service, and to delete a product press on the button Delete from list service and then determine the product intended to be deleted it from the list, and press on the button Delete.

The next screen, includes persons who have been insured by the company at the clinic. To add a new person press on the button Add to list patient and then type the name in both Arabic and English, and to delete a person is press the button Delete from list patient and then determine the name of the person intended to be deleted from the list and press button delete. And to put information on paper you can print it by clicking the button Print.


in the last screen a non-existent items Appears, which are not covered by insurance, and for the addition of any new item press Add to list items and to delete any item press on the button Delete from list items and then determine the product to be deleted and press the button Delete.
