How to control the entire system settings

An overview of the settings and their importance:

In this part everything related to the management of databases, add users, control public announcements of the system, control system, both financial and technical options, and other details.
Hospital settings: this  portion attributable to the hospital from the hospital name or its branches, Career Level, sections and denominations, rooms and beds, medical devices and prices of disclosures, public services, stores and pharmacies, customers and suppliers names, the insurance system and the names of insurance companies and patients, operations and pricing, distributors and their lineage, i.e. it can be said that this part contain:
Personal settings: Dedicated for Personal settings for the user of the system, including the appearance of the system, preferred language, change of the background, and internal correspondence of the system, notebook of events, and finally change the password.
