An overview of the settings and their importance:

 the settings is considered a highly sensitive options to its importance in the administration of background feeding of the system components and a specific measures has been taking for those who have eligibility to enter the different windows depending on the nature of work, and some special interest options that can lead to clear all database components, or change user accounts, or see the course of events in the system, and the company take a tight action in the delivery of the validity to access to it according to a formal procedures to avoid what could be followed by a legal and moral responsibility for this actions.

Settings are divided into three main sections are as follows:
System Settings: represent the most sensitive part of the system and is available only for two people, the general manager of the hospital or clinic, and the manger of Information Technology management, or responsible for information technology in the institution. In this part everything related to the management of databases, add users, control public announcements of the system, control system, both financial and technical options, and other details.
Hospital settings: this  portion attributable to the hospital from the hospital name or its branches, Career Level, sections and denominations, rooms and beds, medical devices and prices of disclosures, public services, stores and pharmacies, customers and suppliers names, the insurance system and the names of insurance companies and patients, operations and pricing, distributors and their lineage, i.e. it can be said that this part contain:
Personal settings: Dedicated for Personal settings for the user of the system, including the appearance of the system, preferred language, change of the background, and internal correspondence of the system, notebook of events, and finally change the password.
