How to add a new user to the system?

When you open this option, directly, all existing user accounts will be displayed and you can also enter a new user as an employee or a doctor or other to the system in accordance with the pre-approved validities

 

And its mechanism of work is as follows:

  •   Add a new account: By clicking on the (Add) button to show you the add a new user window, here the user must first be already present in the human resources department, whether the used works in administrative apartment or as an employee or as a doctor, and the new user is identified by either enter the name (Arab or English), or enter the number, and it’s necessary to choose the main language of the system.

 

  The next step is to control the validities of the new user, through the selection of a section first, then determine the validities which will be given to the user based on the basis of the mandate given to the user and the nature of the user’s work.

IMPORTANT CAUTION: If the user is a doctor, he/she is registered as a doctor, so the user has doctor validities, disappearing a lot of administrative and financial operations from the doctor, and vice versa.

After selecting validities according to the menus, they are determined by the validities operations, which are four, reading and it is given to all automatically, Writing (modification and addition), deletion, printing.
