Description of recipient: the clinic is one of the most important private clinics because it contains a lot of services, outpatient clinics, medical laboratories and its clinical capacity is around 55 beds add to that more than 300 employees working 24/7 in this clinic.

Start of project: 14/12/2015
The project goal: implementing Echafi system in several sectors of the clinic by starting with the reception, cash, outpatient and stores, pharmacy, medical laboratories, hospitalization and finally financial accounting.

Implementation phases include:

• Studying the current state and put an integrated plan for the application.
