The project's goals: implementing Echafi system in the central blood bank by starting with the reception, and finishing with the distribution and management of medical inventory.
The Implementation phases include:
- Installation of an integrated network.
- Studying the current state and put an integrated plan for the application.
- Start with specialized courses for all the employees.
The current situation: continue the technical support and put a plan to control and develop the system.
