Within the followed development for Ashafi system to manage the medical utilities in order to suit all the medical and specialized institutions , one of them is ( oncology ), the reception department has been developed to suit with the registration of the new patients in such cases. 

 

 Where has been relied on the primary registration of the patients' data to constitute a file for the patient by using the system, Also the patients' documents are entered after registering them in the system to add that to their medical archive.

Moreover, the mechanism of displaying  the patient's appointment was developed so that the doctor can display the revisions that he has with the patients and then he modifies them according to his patients to validate them and to become appointments finally, as it is possible to display all the appointments of the department during specific date.
