On 31/12/2015, the National Institute of Oncology in Sabratha released the implementation of the second part of Echafi system for hospital management version 1.23.0 with the presence of a number of guests among which Dr. Abdel Latif Tounsi, the CEO of the institute Dr. Houssine Kamouka and service heads. Mr omar Toumi explained at the ceremony statistics in 2015 according to the work order of the institute; also, Mme. Maha Karrar reviewed a summary of the work of breast tumors service.
