Surgical operations:

It asks the patient if he/she wants to implement the surgery within the medical establishment or not. In this screen, the main data of the patient and information about the operation appear as a drop-down menu, the doctor adds the date and time of the operation, and it ends by pressing the button save.

The pharmacy:

The doctor edits the medical prescription that contain the necessary drugs to the patient, this is executes by displaying an interface consisting of the patient's personal information, so the doctor press ADD button to add the choosing medication to the patient.

It is shown a screen with a list of drugs that are already registered in the system and the doctor shall choose medicines to be distributed to the patient then clicks on the Add button.

 

Each selected drug is added to the list of medications and the doctor has the ability to add or remove other drugs by the DELETE button and finally presses on the SAVE button.

 

To print this medical prescription, the doctor clicks on the print button to be displayed in the following way.

 

 

Medical devices:

In this interface, a message appears to inquire about the place of doing the device. Like the others, it illustrates the patient's personal data and data concerning the device, the doctor determines the desired device, the date and in any hour it will be done and finally presses on the SAVE button.

 

Diagnosis:

This interface gives the hand to the doctor to write down the patient's medical diagnosis. It consists of three main parts, namely:

• E-pen: The doctor here can bring out the files that are previously been recorded by electronic pen when he presses on the SELECT FILE and has the ability to delete any file by pressing on the DELETE SELECT button.
• ICD-10: or what is known as the International Classification of diseases, it is related to the world health organization and through which diseases are classified to 23 main categories and each category is divided into several subcategories. To put the appropriate diagnosis of the patient, the doctor uses the ICD-10 button and a list of this classification appears, the doctor chooses from these fields the right diagnosis of the patient and press the enter button to be taken by the system.

• Diagnosis: Here, the doctor taps the patient's diagnosis or he/she can get diagnosis that the details are seized and stored in advance by clicking on the My diagnosis button and then selects from its list the searched  file and inserts it.

After inserting all data, the doctor clicks on the SAVE button. The doctor can also print the prescription by pressing on the PRINT button.
