Introduction:
Many hospitals managers both in the public sector or the private sector are interested in the application of electronic medical records system (medical file-mail), so the first action for them is to find a company or place their ad in newspapers and magazines about the system of electronic medical records, and this latter will results a big heavy mistakes and missteps, as the important stage for such applications is the first so-called "assessment of the gap," where this stage aims to determine whether the medical institution is ready for installation of the medical system or the need to raise the level before starting the installation of the system.

6. How to measure the yield direct or indirect application of the electronic medical record of the patient, the doctor and the employee.
7. How to develop the information technology department and convert it to medical information technology department specialist.
8. Identify and assess the documentation and its impact on the application of the electronic medical record level.
