Introduction:

Continuous quality improvement is the process of quality management that encourages all members of the health care team to continually ask questions about the way we work and how to improve the way we work. (Edwards, 2008). To address these questions, you need medical institutions of different kinds to clinical data and administrative organization. The electronic health records can, if it is designed and used correctly, you can pick up this data efficiently and effectively, thereby transforming patient care in ways that may be difficult or impossible to reach with paper records alone.
This course presents principles, strategies, and techniques of continuous quality improvement that can be a particular medical institution used to visualize an effective strategy for continuous improvement of quality in order to implement electronic health records, achieving the aims of the system to use, and ultimately improve the quality and safety of health care for patients.
