Introduction:
This session aims to explain how best to communicate in the private electronic health records with regard to the doctors specifically, which helps suppliers and users of technology information for medical purposes in the implementation of the electronic health records system.
This course contains directives to communicate for the benefit of the doctors during their use of electronic health records with patients inside the examination hall.

Course contents:
Showing the five habits that the doctors should master to smoothly deal with the electronic medical record, ….namely:
1. Allow the patient to see the computer screen.
2. Eye contact with the patient.
3. Give the value of the computer as a device.
4. Explain what you are going to do.
5. Log off the computer and announce it.

Duration of the course:
 10 hours.
Training includes practical application of the electronic medical record.

Course includes the following:
- regulatory information and guidance booklet.
- CD with the tools booklet.
